Currently room is vacant, and will be available as 1st come 1st reserved basis. The room is corner unit, and has the city view. It is located near Quirino LRT Station, and very near to all the universities in Manila. T
The room is fully furnished with window-type Air condiitoning unit, refrigerator, microwave oven, attached toilet and bath. Each person will be having own cabinet inside the room. The building has 24-hour security. Condo amenities include pool, gym and study area. Ground floor has commercial stores like laundry, coffee shop, and eatery. Below is the rental rates:
1-3 months: Php 7,000 / bed / month
4-11 months: PHP 6,000 /bed/ month
12 months: Php 4,500 /bed/ month
For 12 months stay: 1 month advance and 2 months security deposit
For 1-11 months: 1 month advance and 1 month deposit
